The RT₂‑series high‑temperature car‑bottom type electric‑resistance furnaces are energy‑saving batch‑operated resistance furnaces complying with national standards. Featuring an ultra‑energy‑saving structure, the furnace adopts composite‑fiber insulation and ultra‑light high‑strength refractory materials to achieve energy saving by 60%‑70%.

Anti‑collision bricks are installed at the furnace opening to prevent work‑piece impact. The trolley is designed with double‑layer sealing and integrated connecting rails for easy installation and simple operation.

It is mainly used for quenching, annealing and aging treatment of high‑chromium and high‑manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rolling rolls, steel balls, crusher hammers and wear‑resistant liners, as well as heat‑treatment processing for various mechanical components.
