Hood-type annealing furnaces are primarily employed for annealing thin sheet metal in natural atmospheres and for normalising steel components.
1. Bright annealing of strip and wire materials in special steel, alloy, and large-scale fully-fibre-lined bogie-hearth resistance furnaces.
2. Annealing of special steel castings and forgings.
3. Finished annealing of silicon steel laminations.
4. Sintering of metal and non-metal powder-compacted components, etc.
Continuous Bright Annealing Furnace
Purpose: Continuous bright annealing of copper straight tubes (bars), steel tubes, aluminium tubes, or coiled wire under controlled atmosphere for various specifications.
Features: Workpieces undergo continuous preheating, heating, holding, slow cooling, and cooling without length restrictions. Conveyor system employs synchronous roller-type transmission with variable frequency speed control for smooth, reliable operation. Circulating protective and hot atmospheres ensure uniform temperature distribution, yielding exceptionally bright inner and outer surfaces. Unique cooling zone design guarantees uniform workpiece cooling. Processed products exhibit bright internal and external surfaces, high product quality, and high production efficiency.
Heating Method: Electric heating or gas heating.
Production Line Composition: Front roller conveyor loading platform, front gas exchange chamber, front preheating zone, heating furnace, slow cooling zone, cooling zone (including transition zone and forced air cooling zone), rear gas exchange chamber (including water cooling zone), rear roller conveyor system, computer control system, electrical control system, protective atmosphere device.
Bell-type Bright Annealing Furnace
Features:
1. The entire annealing process occurs within a protective atmosphere, ensuring bright, oxidation-free surfaces on annealed workpieces without decarburisation or oxidation.
2. Forced convection circulation of protective gas via specialised fans maintains uniform furnace temperatures, controlling temperature variations within ±5°C. This guarantees consistent hardness across all annealed materials, facilitating subsequent processing.
3. Industrial annealing furnaces employ dual-hearth heating and cooling for quasi-continuous operation. The scientifically designed furnace structure delivers significant energy savings, with a single furnace capacity up to 90 tonnes for high production efficiency.
4. Materials processed in this furnace exhibit bright surfaces, eliminating the need for acid pickling. This creates a clean working environment and prevents acid contamination.
5. The entire system is microprocessor-controlled with high automation, effectively ensuring product quality and safe equipment operation.
Scope of Application:
1. Intermediate and finished bright annealing of ferrous metal steel strips, steel wires, and steel pipe fittings.
2. Intermediate and finished bright annealing of non-ferrous metal copper strips, copper wires, copper tubes, and copper rods.
3. Bright annealing of loose components such as standard parts, chains, and mechanical components.
