The bogie-hearth annealing furnace is a nationally standardised energy-efficient periodic operation furnace featuring an ultra-energy-saving design with fibrous construction, achieving 30% electricity savings. Manufactured by mesh belt annealing furnace producers, it incorporates composite high-alumina ceramic stud assemblies, collision-resistant sealing bricks for the bogie, automatic sealing bogies and furnace doors, and integrated continuous rails. Requiring no foundation installation, it can be placed directly on level ground for operation. Primarily employed for quenching, annealing, ageing, and heat treatment of various mechanical components including high-chromium/manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rollers, steel balls, 45 steel, and stainless steel.
Product Features:
1. Noise-free operation with zero environmental pollution.
2. Minimal heat storage capacity and reduced thermal loss.
3. High temperature control precision with excellent furnace temperature uniformity.
4. High automation level and straightforward operation.
5. Supports PID programming for fully automated operation.
6. Superior sealing, extended service life, and reliable safety.
Widely applied across industrial sectors including chemical, petroleum, food, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, power generation, shipbuilding, papermaking, mining, pharmaceuticals, and central heating. With the advancement of social productivity, its application across industries continues to expand.
① Enables uniform and rapid heating of extruded products prior to quenching;
② Facilitates rapid transfer of materials into quenching tanks within minimal timeframes;
③ Prevents bending and torsional deformation of extruded products caused by self-weight and heat generation, thereby preserving product geometry;
④ Ensures uniform mechanical properties of quenched extrudates. The trolley-type quenching furnace designed by the Non-Ferrous Metal Processing Design and Research Institute is suitable for quenching aluminium alloy extruded products, though material lengths exceeding 8 metres are not accommodated. It proves highly practical for small to medium-sized aluminium processing plants with an annual capacity of 1,000 tonnes. This furnace comprises five heating zones, with a heating power output limited to 300 kilowatts. Following the addition of auxiliary equipment, the total power capacity reaches 424 kilowatts.
