The industrial annealing furnace frame is fabricated from various structural steel sections welded together. The outer frame employs channel sections as main girders, with cold-rolled sheet metal forming the side panels. The car uses channel sections for its main girders, while the base plate and front/rear end plates utilise medium plates.
Annealing furnace drive system:
The car drive utilises an electric motor and reduction gearbox, transmitting power via chain to drive a set of front drive wheels. The furnace door drive employs a combination of worm gear reducer and electric motor for powered lifting and lowering.
Sealing: The car-to-furnace body seal employs a labyrinth structure, supplemented by automatic sand seal blades on both sides of the car. The furnace door seal utilises a roller-track compression mechanism with spring-loaded automatic sealing. The furnace body incorporates refractory brick construction to ensure chamber sealing integrity. Manufacturers of mesh belt annealing furnaces employ high-alumina bricks for the pressure-bearing sections of the car, with insulation bricks added to the lower sections for thermal retention.
Annealing Furnace Combustion System: Multiple burners are installed on both sides of the oil furnace, with heat flow circulating repeatedly within the furnace to ensure uniform temperature distribution. Automatic or semi-automatic types can be selected as required.
Flue Gas Preheating Unit: A flue gas preheating unit is installed at the rear upper section. Flue gases passing through the preheater are mixed with cold air supplied by a fan for preheating. This preheated air is then conveyed via piping to the burners to assist combustion. A manual butterfly valve is fitted at the outlet to regulate furnace pressure. Widely employed across industrial sectors including chemical, petroleum, food, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, power generation, shipbuilding, papermaking, mining, pharmaceuticals, and central heating for processes such as heating, cooling, condensation, and evaporation.
